1. How much are the tickets for the celebrity chef demonstrations?
Tickets are £5 for the individual demonstrations and £8 for the duel cook.

2. Where can I purchase the tickets for the celebrity chef demonstrations?
Tickets for the celebrity cookery demonstrations will be on sale at the Press and Journal Shop, 170 Union Street, Aberdeen or can be obtained with the ticket vouchers in the Press and Journal.  Alternatively please email Mairi Harvey with your ticket requirements only at mairi.harvey@ajl.co.uk .

3. How do I calculate the price of my required stand?
Indoor - Option 1
Starshell stand in the Concourse is £50 + VAT per sq m, stands are 3m x 2m or 4m by 2m
e.g. 3m x 2m = 6m
6m x £50 = £300
£300 + 17.5% VAT (£52.50) = £352.50

Indoor - Option 2
Starshell stand in the Exchange is £45 + VAT per sq m, stands are 3m x 2m or 4m by 2m
e.g. 3m x 2m = 6m
6m x £45 = £270
£270 + 17.5% VAT (£47.25) = £317.25

Indoor - Option 3
A six foot table on the Balcony is £50 + VAT
£50 + 17.5% VAT (£8.75) = £58.75

Outdoor - Option 1
A Market Stall is £80 + VAT
£80 + 17.5% VAT (£14.00) = £94.00

Outdoor - Option 2
Outdoor space is charged at £12.50 + VAT per sq m
Caravans, mobile stands and vending units are charged at £150 + VAT
£150 + 17.5% VAT (£26.25) = £176.25

Crafters
A 6ft table within the craft tent is charged at £60 + VAT
£60 + 17.5% VAT (£10.50) = £70.50

Visitors
A starshell stand in the Marquee open to non-Grampian producers is charged at £45 + VAT per sq m, stands are 3m x 2m or 4m by 2m
3m x 2m = 6m
6m x £45 = £270
£270 + 17.5% VAT (£47.25) = £317.25

4. How much of a deposit do I have to pay?
Concourse: £75 + 17.5% VAT = £88.13
Exchange: £67.50 + 17.5% VAT = £79.31
Visitors: £67.50 + 17.5% VAT = £79.31
Outdoor space: 25% of the net cost + VAT

Market stalls, balcony tables and craft tables must be paid in full.
