FreshMex brings fresh, tex-mex style cuisine to the North-East of Scotland. Established by Calum Wright and Robbie Moult in May 2015, FreshMex has created its own take on street food dishes including Burritos, Fajitas, Tacos and Nachos

The Bay Fish and Chips

Serving mini Fish & Chips, mini Chicken Fillets & Chips and mini Sausage & Chips, The Bay Fish & Chips delivers a delicious array of the freshest, sustainably sourced produce, which is affordable, and delivered with a spark of personality.

Cav & Co

Serving homemade Hot Wraps, Loaded Chips with Sauces, Salads and Chutneys, Cav & Co is a family run events catering business who source everything locally ensuring a great fresh taste that is sustainable and traceable. Cav & Co make everything from scratch making sure they know exactly what is going into their food and giving customers the best taste of Scotland possible.

The Store

Serving Aberdeen Angus Burgers, Steak and Hot Dogs all cooked on a wood burning grill.

Italian Coffee Bar

The Italian Coffee Bar is a unique fresh coffee-to-go company and 100% Fairtrade.  The Coffee bar will serve a selection of freshly ground coffees and a variety of cakes.

John Davidson Butchers and So… on Fire

Serving a selection of Kielbasa Dogs, So Burgers, So Signature Steak Burgers, Angus & Oink Rampant Angus, Chicken Shawarma, Jerk Spiced Chicken, Flat Bread, Braised Brisket Tortilla chips and So Fries.

Fresh – Entier 

The great butcher shop sausage is a winner and Entier will have 3 different types of great sausage on offer, each served in its own distinct roll  The sausages will be cooked on a BBQ and served with Dalchonzie relish, Swedish style crispy onions and mustards etc.

Entier will also have a berry stall with strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and brambles served with cinnamon sugar and clotted cream.  Muscavado meringues and frappe smoothies will also be available.

Thainstone Events/Porterhouse Coffee Bar and Restaurant

On-site caterers Thainstone Events will be operating a number of food outlets at this year’s festival including offerings from the renowned Porterhouse Thainstone restaurant and The Gallery café.

They will be serving up the ever-popular hog roast and BBQ gourmet burgers in addition to their pop-up hut selling pork curry and haggis, neeps and tatties pakora to the hungry crowds.

Porterhouse will be delivering their succulent carvery where visitors can choose from three locally-sourced roast meats and all the trimmings.

The Gallery Restaurant is showcasing a special ‘Taste of Scotland’ menu of scotch broth, chicken stuffed with haggis and braised silverside of beef all served with fresh market vegetables and potatoes (vegetarian options available).
