Peter Thomson

I am currently employed as the Head chef at P&J live, I have been very lucky in my previous roles I have worked with amazing teams across many areas of catering.

Previous roles have included; Executive for Scotland and Northern Ireland for Aramark, Executive Chef Ch&Co London, responsible for Historic Places, London Zoo, Private Houses and one off the highlights of my career has been being involved with The Queens Garden Parties.
