Join the Kilted Chef, Craig Wilson on a food journey from land and sea, featuring his favourite flavours and some of the finest produce from the Grampian area.
Mackerel, lobster, smoked haddock and scallops, all freshly caught and landed in Peterhead by Jimmy Buchan feature in Craig’s delicious dishes, alongside Aberdeenshire fillet of beef from Craig Finnie and local whisky, homegrown tatties, milk, cream and yoghurt. He takes a wander through Peterhead and after a chat with the locals, Craig is recommended to visit the Hame Bakery where he picks up some delicious oatcakes to serve with his smoked haddock and tattie soup, with a twist.
