Loch Duart is an independent Scottish business, based in the communities of Sutherland and the Outer Hebrides, which is now celebrating its twenty-first year of farming extraordinary salmon. The company has grown sustainably and now farms at a number of small sites, some of which have been farming salmon for over forty years. It has led the way in innovation and sustainable approaches and focuses on selling its salmon to the UK and export markets.
