On the BBQ with Scotch Beef

Join Jak O’Donnell as she shows you how to make the perfect BBQ feast with Scotch Beef.

What you’ll need:

Ribeye

  • 1kg Scotch beef ribeye
  • 1 beef stock cube
  • 1 sprig of thyme
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & cracked black pepper
  • Scottish rapeseed oil

Cabbage slaw

  • ¼ Red cabbage finely sliced
  • ¼ white cabbage finely sliced
  • ½ mango finely sliced
  • ¼ fresh coconut grated
  • 2 TBSP Scottish rapeseed oil
  • 1 Lime zest & juice
  • 1 sprig mint finely chopped
  • 2 sprig coriander finely chopped
  • Salt & pepper

Funky potato salad

  • 500gr baby potatoes par boiled (we finish them on the barBQ)
  • 50gr grated cheese
  • ½ red onion diced
  • 1 small chilli finely diced
  • 2tbsp chopped coriander
  • 2tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1tbsp siracha or hot sauce

BBQ veg

  • 1pack of cooked corn on the cob halved
  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 2 red onions
